A Book of Arguments

I was talking with my sister and I was laughing so hard about something. Then, a person I will call Toushiro came into the room, and pointed to an open, hardbound book. I’m not sure if he brought it with him or if it had been there all along. And then he strongly, yet kindly suggested, that I take a look at it. Then I realized he has been talking about a list of arguments about a political person or someone in authority, and they were listed down in that book. Then he said, I should go talk to a lawyer of that person’s opposition leader and discuss each point with him, and that I will make a good case or something. He said it will put me in a very good light and that I should do it soon, within the day if possible. I hesitated because I felt lazy to do it because it’s not something I find interesting. However the way he described it made so much sense that I turned to my sister and told her, I would like to, but I can’t argue with a lawyer about something I cannot sustain! I said that the points were good, but beyond them, I have nothing more to say because I don’t anything about politics. However in the end, I decided to go, and thought I’d just bring the entire book with me so I can check it for notes. My sister agreed and said she will join me, because she has to get or buy something after anyway. She said offices close at 5, and I said, it’s 4 pm, so we can make it. Toushiro was suddenly back and said it is 4 pm and we will make it right on time. 

This is also my nth dream recently which falls at any time from 4 to 5 pm, or those hours are mentioned. I can’t remember the others much, but it has always been sometime from 4 to 5 pm. What is it with 4 to 5 pm?
